Tactical Medical Team
(TMT)

Pre-Requisition
✅ Physical Fitness: Participants should be physically capable of performing trauma response tasks, including lifting and patient movement.
✅ Basic First Aid Knowledge (Recommended): Familiarity with basic first aid principles, though not mandatory, is beneficial.
Course Outline
This intensive programme is designed for emergency responders, security personnel, and first aiders requiring advanced pre-hospital care skills. The course covers theoretical foundations such as BLS, CPR, AED usage, bleeding control, trauma management, and tactical risk assessment. Participants will learn to handle medical emergencies, trauma incidents, and environmental emergencies. The training includes hands-on simulations and emergency response drills, emphasising real-world scenarios and team-based decision-making. Assessments include a written exam, practical evaluations, and continuous participation in drills, ensuring competency in tactical medical response and patient handover procedures.
Target Group
The TACTICAL MEDICAL TEAM (TMT) training is designed for:
• Emergency care assistants, event medics, and security personnel.
