Course Aim & Objectives
To rapidly develop and enhance the critical leadership skills that are relevant to senior supervisors and site managers and their teams leading to immediate and positive changes within an organisation. The program is delivered over 3 days covering 3 key aspects of leadership:
• Leadership Attitude and Accountability.
• Leading Teams.
• Motivation and Communication.

Course Modules
Delegates attending this Workplace Leadership Program training programme will be given a series of explanations and demonstrations that will identify what they are expected to know and do. This will be followed by practical exercises allowing delegates to practice their skills, knowledge and understanding of the Leadership role.
Course Knowledge Assessment
Learners attending this programme will be given a series of explanations and demonstrations that will identify what they are expected to know and do. This will be followed by practical exercises allowing Learners to practice their skills, knowledge and understanding of the Leadership role. Learners will also be appraised against the training outcomes (in a classroom environment), testing their delivery skills and underpinning knowledge of the theory learning Elements.
